Pricing FAQ
How does the credit rollover work?
Our rollover uses conditional logic: if remaining credits are less than or equal to purchased credits, rollover equals remaining; if remaining is greater than purchased, rollover equals purchased. For example, if you have 150 purchased credits and 100 remaining credits, 100 credits will rollover. If you have 150 purchased and 200 remaining, 150 credits will rollover.
When do credits expire?
All credits expire 30 days after purchase. Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each month, but any rollover credits from extra purchases still follow the original 30-day expiry from purchase date.
Can I buy extra credits without a subscription?
Extra credit purchases are only available to active subscribers. Once you have a subscription, you can purchase additional credits anytime at $0.01 per credit, with a 200-credit minimum. This is perfect for when you need more credits than your monthly plan provides.
What happens if I don't use all my monthly credits?
Unused monthly credits can rollover using our conditional formula: we take the smaller of your purchased credits or remaining credits. This ensures fair rollover that rewards both subscription loyalty and extra credit purchases.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: Stripe charges any prorated difference, plan limits update right away, and prorated extra credits are added for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades also update plan limits right away, but your current credits stay available through this billing period; the lower monthly credits start at the next renewal.
Why do you rollover credits?
We rollover credits because the costs of Large Language Models (LLMs) are dynamic and can vary significantly month to month. By allowing credit rollover, we ensure that your investment in our service maintains its value regardless of temporary fluctuations in AI processing costs.
Do new users get free credits?
New users get 50 free credits that expire in 1 month. This gives you plenty of time to try the service and decide if you want to subscribe to a monthly plan.
