Write2Notes is operated by TexSage LLC. These terms govern your use of the Write2Notes website, document conversion tools, account features, API access, and related services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Do not upload content you do not have the right to process, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use Write2Notes for unlawful purposes.

Uploaded documents, converted files, generated figures, and related conversion artifacts are stored so you can access your history and downloads. They are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you delete them sooner from your account.

You may request account or data deletion by contacting legal@write2notes.com.

Write2Notes uses AI systems to convert and transform documents. Outputs may contain mistakes, omissions, formatting issues, or inaccurate interpretations of source material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for academic, legal, medical, financial, or professional use.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription and credit purchases are tied to the plan or package shown at checkout. You may cancel a subscription from your account where available, or by contacting support@write2notes.com.

If you are not satisfied with conversion quality, contact support. We may, at our discretion, help reprocess the document, provide credit adjustments, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Write2Notes offers accessibility-oriented output options where available, including structured DOCX and tagged LaTeX/PDF workflows. Complex math, tables, figures, and source quality limitations may still require human review for full accessibility compliance.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Write2Notes after updates means you accept the revised terms.
